Delivery and refunds

All UK orders are sent via 48hr royal mail tracked. Please allow 3 days for the order to be dispatched from the time of purchase. During busier periods such as sales the dispatch time may be a little longer.

International and European orders will be sent by DHL or Royal Mail tracked and signed service. In most cases a signature is required upon delivery, in the event of non-delivery the courier will leave a notification to advise that delivery has been attempted. The parcel may also be delivered to a post office for customer collection or returned at the delivery depot. Please follow the given instructions. If the parcel is not claimed after several weeks, it will be returned to us and may occur a postal charge for further re-deliveries. Postage will not be refunded in the event of a refund. 

The Miracle Oils has no control over the courier or delivery once we have dispatched your order to the courier company. The estimated delivery time is as recommended by the courier. Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to unforeseen courier and custom issues. The Miracle Oils is not held liable for any delays that may occur in delivering your order as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays.

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and additional charges for customs clearance will be responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay duties or any additional fees will not receive the parcel, the courier will either destroy the parcel or send it back to us. If the parcel is sent back to us then we will deduct all shipping and additional costs from the refund. If the shipping/return costs is more than the goods purchased the parcel will be destroyed at customs therefore customer will not get a refund. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct information at the time of purchase. Please ensure you have checked your shipping address as all orders will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases or loss.  

Please kindly note orders that have been processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled, so if you would like to cancel your order you would need to email us soon as possible before we begin to process you order.

It is Royal Mails policy that we wait 1o working days before making a claim for a lost parcel, in this case we do not send out a replacement or refund until a claim has been submitted and we hear a response back from Royal Mail. This may take a further 30 days from the date of the claim.

We are not accepting any returns and refunds during this pandemic for health and safety reasons.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are damaged. Please email with evidence and any supporting information. We will then look into this and will let you know if the item is eligible for an exchange. You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs where the item is required to be sent back to us, please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item does reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.
